Four Lesbians Convicted Of Attacking Man

NEW YORK (AP) -- Four lesbians accused of attacking a man who made advances toward one of them were convicted Wednesday of varying assault charges stemming from the altercation, in which the man was seriously stabbed.
The defendants and some of their relatives and friends sobbed openly and loudly after the verdict was read. One defendant collapsed as she was led from the Manhattan courtroom crying, "No! No! Nooo! I didn't do it!''
None was convicted of first-degree gang assault, the most serious charge against them. All were convicted of second-degree gang assault and face up to 15 years in prison on that charge.
Patreese Johnson, accused of stabbing the victim, Dwayne Buckle, was the only defendant charged with second-degree attempted murder. She was acquitted of the charge. She was convicted of first-degree assault, which carries the same penalty as attempted murder, and faces up to 25 years in prison.
State Supreme Court Justice Edward McLaughlin jailed the four without bail. Before the lawyers spoke, he said, ``There's simply no point in talking. They're out-of-state residents facing mandatory prison time. There's no point in talking.''
The judge said he will sentence the women on May 17. Besides Johnson, 20, the defendants are Renata Hill, 25, Venice Brown, 19, and Terrain Dandridge, 20.
A lawyer for Hill, Susan Tipograph, called the verdict disappointing. She said the women were defending themselves from an "abusive, homophobic'' Buckle. She and the other defense lawyers said they would appeal.
The fight started after Buckle, of Queens, made advances at one of seven lesbians from Newark, N.J., who were walking past him outside the Independent Film Center in Greenwich Village on Aug. 18, 2006.
Johnson testified that they told Buckle, 29, they were not interested and he became loud and rude, called them names and threw a cigarette at them while saying sex with him would make them straight. She said he started pushing and shoving them.
Three other women who were in the group previously pleaded guilty to attempted assault and were sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation.
Buckle testified that he was in a hospital for five days and in bed at home for a month after surgery for a lacerated liver and stomach. He said he also suffered cuts, bruises, scratches and an eye injury in the attack.
Buckle, who has called the incident "a hate crime against a straight man,'' is a movie audio-video engineer and an independent filmmaker. He says he was trying to sell some of his DVDs on the street when the fight started.

Beheading Men Is Funny According to BBC

.

Beheading Men Is Funny According to BBC One of Britain’s best known authors has been shortlisted for a national writing prize for a story that takes a blackly comic approach to the execution of hostages in Iraq.

The BBC is due to broadcast the story this week on Radio 4.

Ah yes. The BBC continues with its agenda. Now the people at the BBC want us to have a good laugh over the execution and beheading of men.

I think I'll make an audio podcast that pokes fun at women's clits being sliced off in Africa. I wonder if the BBC would broadcast it. After all, losing your clit is not quite as bad as losing your head, is it?

And never kid yourselves that these sh#ts at the BBC are simply unaware of the fact that such humour degrades men horribly.

No Sir. After all, ...

... Alex Linklater, associate editor of Prospect magazine, founder of the prize, said the BBC may alter this plan, particularly while the whereabouts of Alan Johnston, its abducted Gaza correspondent, are still unknown.

“As with all fiction where there are close parallels to real news, it’s a question of sensitivity,” said Linklater.

The sensitivity may be increased by the fact that British hostages in addition to Iraqis and others have had their murders by insurgents filmed.

Do you see?

Some people at this particular point in time - such as the families of those men who have been beheaded - might get upset because they are feeling particularly sensitive at the moment.

And we wouldn't want that, would we? It would be too embarrassing.

So maybe it is best that we do not broadcast this hateful programme until some further time has past.

This way, we can get our message across without too much in the way of complaint. We can sneak in the idea that beheading men is funny at a more appropriate time!

Make no mistake: The BBC is well aware that this programme degrades and insults men. And the proof of this lies in the italicised paragraphs above. The only reason that the BBC might have doubts about broadcasting this programme is because some people at this point in time might be particularly sensitive. But as soon as they can get away with it, they will.

And does anyone seriously think that the BBC would broadcast a programme that made fun of women being beheaded - or stoned for adultery - or whatever? No, of course they would not broadcast such a programme - because they know that, apart from anything else, it would be insulting to women and it would degrade them.

The Rush To Accuse Boys Of Abuse In The USA

...................................

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy who was acquitted on Friday night of multiple rape was locked up for almost a year awaiting trial.
Patrick Waring, then a 15-year-old Catholic college student, was dragged out of bed by police a year ago and refused bail on nothing but the say-so of a lying 17-year-old girl who cried rape.
Just before the trial started, the girl admitted lying about her sex life the whole time. She had insisted she was a virgin.
DNA tests excluded Patrick from her claims of rape.
She finally admitted she had had sex with a man at the back of a cinema the same afternoon, two hours before claiming Patrick raped her at Joondalup's Central Park after following her from the railway station on March 30 last year.
She also admitted to having been in a sexual relationship with her boyfriend at the time.

Two middle school boys facing sex abuse charges in connection with "spanking" incidents at Patton Middle School in McMinnville are back home with their parents after appearing in court on Tuesday.
The two boys, ages 12 and 13, face the equivalent of felony sex abuse charges. In court, Yamhill County authorities said their investigation showed the boys slapped female classmates on their buttocks numerous times over the past several weeks, and poked their breasts.
According to authorities, the boys were sometimes acting out a character known as 'Party Boy' from a movie based on a popular MTV television series.
Two of the victims testified in court they did not feel threatened and did not want the boys punished.
The judge ruled that the boys could go home pending trial, and also ordered 24-hour supervision and no contact with other kids tied to the investigation.
Meanwhile, the parents of the boys are still raising concerns about how the situation has unfolded.
"Without a doubt, it could have been handled differently," said Scott Mashburn. "This sounds like the school had an issue with some kids misbehaving for a long time now, but they didn't address it."
"I think it was an injustice that they were holding my son for these allegations that I don't believe are true," said Sharon Holbrook.

Man With Broken Back Charged With Rape

.

Man With Broken Back Charged With Rape A lesbian falsely accused a complete stranger of rape in a bizarre bid to winback her former lover.

Zoe Davydaitis, picked the innocent man from a police line-up even though he had broken his back in eight places and had to wear a body brace.

After he was questioned, Davydaitis picked him out from a picture ID parade and despite his protestations that it would have been physically impossible for him to have raped her, the Crown Prosecution Service decided he should be charged.

After Mr Young's name appeared in local newspapers, he received hate mail, stones were thrown at his windows and he was attacked in the street and suffered a broken arm. His ex-wife even stopped him seeing his two young children. .

Lives Of 20% Of UK Women Ruined By Child Abuse

.

One-fifth of British women were sexually abused as children By Sophie Goodchild, Chief Reporter - The Independent - Published: 01 April 2007

More than one-fifth of women in Britain have been the victim of sexual abuse as children, according to new figures.
This week, ministers will unveil a special action plan aimed at increasing the conviction rate against violent sex offenders, including rapists and paedophiles.
The Home Office minister Vernon Coaker is to announce an increase from five to 40 in the number of sexual assault referral centres, where women are provided with medical care and counselling.
He said that sexual abuse and child sexual assault are "horrific and damaging" crimes and added that the Government has a "crucial role" in protecting those at risk.
"These are often the most vulnerable members of our society, and we are working hard to support victims and ensure that offenders are brought to justice, said Mr Coaker."
Official figures show that 21 per cent of women and 11 per cent of men have been abused by paedophiles.
Police officers and barristers will also be given extra training in how to deal with victims of sexual abuse.
Whitehall sources said there is concern among ministers about the low prosecution rate for sex offences and that more help is needed for victims.
The Independent on Sunday revealed in January how rape victims were being failed by the criminal justice system. A damning report by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary found that many police officers and prosecutors were not taking on board new policies aimed at increasing the small proportion of cases going to court.
Between a half and two-thirds of victims find that their case does not progress beyond the investigation stage, and of the final number that do reach court, half of these end in the acquittal of the defendant.
Campaigners have blamed the poor conviction rate on judges taking an unsympathetic approach to rape victims.
Ministers have attempted to toughen up the laws on rape by drawing up new guidance, which would mean that a man could be convicted of rape if his victim had been drinking heavily.
However, last week, a top judge was criticised for declaring that a woman cannot claim rape just because she was drunk at the time.
Sir Igor Judge, the Deputy Lord Chief Justice, said that even a woman who is heavily intoxicated may still be able to consent to sex.
His comments came after an Appeal Court ruling freed a young man who was jailed for rape after he had sex with a drunken student.
Benjamin Bree, 25, a software engineer, was sentenced to five years in prison last December after a drunken evening with a 19-year-old student who had drunk between four and six vodka Red Bulls and two pints of cider.

...

Yawn.

If you look at the statistics, you will discover that this 'abuse' was about 95+% to do with teenagers fumbling about trying to get their sexual acts together.

And the hate-stirring sh#ts at the Home Office are simply trying to justify more funding for their parasitic self-serving empires while the feminists and their whimpering lackey boys who run the 'Independent' are continuing their campaign of hatred against men.
